The practice of high wire walking has always required for the organizers to provide several tons weights, for the setting up of the masts and the stabilization the cable.
In 2005, the high wire walker walker Didier Pasquette has built a structure specially designed to perform high wire acts, 90% autonomous, called the "MOBIFIL" (litteraly "mobile rope").
With a self-tensioned cable to 8.5 meters high, the Mobifil no longer requires so many weights or nails for setting up the masts. Only the stabilization of the cable by a rope perpendicular (called Cavaletti Rope, see below) requires:
- the setting up of our two 50cm nails in the ground - or for the organizer to provide of two 500Kg weights
Set up in 1:30 on all places of towns and villages, fields, car parks, seashores, stages, large tents or even zenith, it is for us the best working tool, it is also for organizers!
